Members and reciprocal members can make use of a number of private meeting and dining rooms. Your guests will be impressed by the special ambience and elegant rooms, and made to feel welcome by our friendly and attentive staff. Be it a meeting for 2, a dinner party for 12, a cocktail party for 40 or a major banquet for 120.

We have a wide range of menus from which to choose your ideal meal, which can be readily adapted to suit your individual taste. The club cellars, which extend beneath St James's Square, are stocked with fine wine and port to enhance your meal.

Bar Extensions

In accordance with the Club's Regulations, all function bars must close at 11.00pm and all guests must vacate the club by 11.30pm.  A bar extension can be made until midnight at the latest at a charge of £75.00 per half-hour for staff, but this must be stated at the time of booking. 

Corkage

Whilst it is not encouraged, if Members wish to provide their own wines corkage will be charged at the following rates:

  • Still Wine £12.75 per 75cl bottle
  • Champagne & Sparkling Wines £17.75 per 75cl bottle
  • Port & Fortified Wines £17.75 per 75cl Bottle
  • Spirits £25.00 per 75cl Bottle
