As no working papers are permitted in the club's public rooms, the New York Room provides five workstations, internet access and a meeting area for up to six people. Open from 7am to midnight, the club's dress code applies.

Many organisations, be they companies, sports bodies, school associations, business organisations and others, use the excellent, well-located facilities of the East India Club.

Meeting rooms are available to accommodate from 4-50 people either for a whole day or morning, afternoon and evening session.

Full catering can be arranged as well as, of course, refreshments served by our stewards.

A range of equipment including PA systems and visual aids is available as well as fax, photocopying and other facilities.

A variety of meeting rooms at the East India is available to accommodate your conference needs. Whether for a small meeting of up to 12 in the first floor conference Room or an AGM for up to 140 in the Smoking Room, our experienced staff will provide the facilities you require.
